What Is MM2H?
Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Program is promoted by the Government of Malaysia to allow foreigners who fulfill certain criteria, to stay in Malaysia for as long as possible on a multiple-entry social visit pass. The Social Visit Pass is initially for a period of ten (10) years, and is renewable.
It is open to citizens of all countries recognized by Malaysia regardless of race, religion, gender or age. Applicants are allowed to bring their spouse and unmarried children below the age of 21 as dependents.
Malaysia My Second Home is 100% risk free. Financial requirement is low, especially for pensioner, and all fixed deposit as well as interests earned is under your own name. To learn more about meeting the financial requirement, please click here.
Benefits and Incentives
House Purchase
Under this program, you may purchase any number of residential properties in Malaysia, subject to the minimum price established for foreigners by the different states. The minimum purchase price for Sabah is currently RM 600,000.
